Children already know the basics, they're familiar with equipment and are ready to take on some bigger and better things. In this class, besides the physical aspect of the sport, we are also focusing on listening and directional skills that play a very valuable role and provide an advanced learning experience. Many of the same concepts and gymnastics skills from “Super Stars” classes are used but perfected, improved upon and enhanced. Instructors will be working on the proper techniques and mechanics of rolling forward and backward (summersaults), beginner cartwheels, handstands as well, and will have an exciting experience on the trampoline, bars and balance beam.
